Gov. Sarah Palin: None of Your Business

September 4th, 2008 @ 6:14 PM

Sarah PalinAs you may know, there has been a lot of media coverage and criticisms about her daughter’s pregnancy. Correct me if I’m wrong or something as I’m not political at all and do not follow them too frequently, but what does it have to do with politics? I mean, it’s a family matter, and it’s not like her daughter is the only 17-year-old who got pregnant. Hundreds, or even more, of teenage girls get pregnant everyday. So what’s the big deal?

By the way, did you know that one of her agendas is to allow people with disabilities to have savings accounts without losing their government benefits like Medicaid and SSI? I like the sound of that. Right now, they only allow $2,000 in assets which is just ridiculous.

Settings Change

September 2nd, 2008 @ 1:37 PM

I went in to see my neurologist this morning. Since I’ve been doing really bad for the last 4 month, we decided to undo what we did last time; instead, after consulting with another doctor, we decided to increase the pulse width to 400 and frequency to 160 while decreasing the voltage to 2.2 (right) and 2.3 (left).

Preferences in Age Difference

August 28th, 2008 @ 12:31 PM

handsIf you’ve a significant other, what’s the age difference?  If you don’t, what would you like it to be?  Younger or older?  One to three years?  Or the same age?

Ideally, I prefer the same age.  That way, we’d also be friends at the same time.  In my opinion, there would be more respect for each other and have more commonalities as there’s no generation gap.  They say opposites attract, but I believe it only applies to young people.  To be best friends until death do you apart, you have to have things in common.  Besides, the reality dictates that love doesn’t last forever; after a year or so, love becomes friendship and loyalty.  And sex becomes just another activity we need to live on like using the toilet.

Even if that preference isn’t possible, I wouldn’t want anyone younger than 26.  That’s because, generally, people under 26 are immature and irresponsible — especially if their parents are wealthy.  This may be stereotypical, but it seems that they’re mostly hedonistic — seeking alcohol, parties, sex, etc.  This of course doesn’t apply to everyone.

Personally, someone up to 3 years older than I am is also okay, but she has to be cute both in appearance and personality.  I’m still picky, I know. :D  A man can dream, right!?

Halloween Costumes for 2008

August 24th, 2008 @ 5:41 PM

Are you looking for Halloween Costumes? What are you going to be for this upcoming Halloween? In college, I dressed up as Captain Kirk of Star Trek; however, the costume was so damn hot at it was made of 100% nylon or something.

Besides many types of various costumes, you can also find accessories like hats, wigs and masks at InCostume.com. They also offer free ground shipping for orders over $100.

Whether you are attending a costume party this year, hosting one of your own, or just decorating your home to show your Halloween spirit, InCostume.com claims they have everything you need. They state they stock an abundance of costumes to suit adults, couples, teens, kids (including infants), and even pets.
